The Perfect Comfort Dinner

potato pieSo, during the colder months we absolutely love comfort foods, and this Potato Pie Recipe doesn’t disappoint!

Honestly, this is a dinner I could eat anytime of the year, and it is something my family loves almost as much. This potato pie is very easy to make and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients. Take a look at this awesome dish… and below find the printable recipe.

  • Ground Beef
  • Veggies (mixed and an onion)
  • About 3 potatoes (approx 2 cups of mashed potatoes)
  • A 1
  • Cheese (optional)
Getting Started

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Brown the meat and onion. While that cooks, make your mashed potatoes. When the meat and onion is cooked drain the mixture and add some A 1. Allow that to boil. Spoon the meat and onion mixture into a baking dish, pour on a bag of mixed veggies, top with mashed potatoes, and add optional cheese, if desired. Bake for 15-18 minutes and enjoy!

Good luck with that, but if you manage it… this is even better the next day!
