  • 1 Onion
  • 1 10-12 oz Frozen Mixed Veggies
  • 1/3-1/2 cup A1 amount depends on how much you like A1
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes about 3 potatoes, made your normal way.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Make mashed potatoes.

  2. Chop onion and in a skillet brown the onion with the ground beef.

  3. When beef is browned drain the mixture and add the A 1 and allow to boil for 1-2 minutes.

  4. In a baking dish about 1 1/2 quart sized, spoon in the beef/onion mixture, add the bag of frozen veggies as a second layer (dish will cook faster if they are defrosted), and top with mashed potatoes as a third layer.

  5. Lastly, if you would like to add the cheese, layer it on the top of the mashed potatoes. If desired you could even sprinkle a little bit more A1 on the very top.

  6. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven.
