Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum book review

A book review by Emmy

Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum by Lisa WheelerThis is Emmy’s (word by word) book review of the book Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum by Lisa Wheeler (32 pages, 2004).

Bubble Gum Bubble gum book review

“I like Bubble Gum, Bubble Gum so much because they are “rhymey” and the sentences are silly, like this one…

Along comes a shrew… A bad mood shrew, a bad mood, how rude! Tough dude shrew. (reading from the book)

My favorite part is about the big bottom bear (giggles)!

I think kids, like until they are 10, will like this book, and grown-ups will like reading it too because it is fun.”

*Parent’s note – Emmy’s reading level is far above this book, however, she still really enjoyed it. She asked to keep it in her room at night and read it to her cat and stuffed animals, which proves that children love all types of reading material, regardless of reading level.

    Emmy, loved your review!

My grandkids are 10 & 8. I was thinking my grandson who is 8 might really enjoy this rhymey book. He’s not much of a reader right now, but we keep suggesting he reads often. He loves funny stuff so I think this book would be perfect!

By the way Emmy, your smile is Beautiful!

    1. Thank you for saying that Patricia and thank you for saying my smile is beautiful. I hope your grandson likes this book.
